Subscription issue#302

Not clear how to subscribe. I’ve paid my fee but no idea how to register this with my existing Newton account.
Have sent 3 emails to support so far with no response.

Yeah, I was confused by this too. I emailed about it as well several weeks ago and never got a response.

The email address you use to process the payment needs to be the same email address as your account login (https://newtonhq.com/k/cpanel) and/or you must add the payment email address to the Newton app.

I understand that the developers have a lot to get caught up on, and I understand that there’s a lot going on in the world that may cause Newton to not be their number 1 priority, but the fact that brand new paying customers aren’t getting timely support responses is extremely concerning.

100% yes on this – I just went through the same dance. It’s really hard to trust a company with my money when the payment flows are so broken/convoluted.

Also: there are a couple of “subscribe now” CTAs that are dead ends.
