Right click save embedded image#323

This is just a simple and useful feature that many other email clients have for images that are not attached.

Also I’m sometimes sent screenshot images embedded in the email (html) and the detail is too small to read and with the inability to zoom on the windows desktop application it would useful to be able to save the images to view a bigger version of them.
