Better documentation needed

I’d like to add to this original post from Mark. Newton is GREAT, but half of its GREAT features are hidden. Some of us “extreme power users” (i.e., I’m a former systems admin III, so I just “try” things, and sometimes they work) know how to test and see if something works in newton; but the average person does not. (Its also helpful for us extreme power users to simply read that its available, too!) Example - you can search for a specific email by sender by typing from:example@email.com. I’m sure the other commands (to:, contains: etc might work as well) but there is no documentation that says this. You do, however have feature requests for “add search by specific sender” already a request! Its technically already in your software, but no one knows about it! :D

Agreed. There is no docs, and it means that it puts a lot of pressure on the support team, which I imagine is why I’m reading that response is very poor.
