Hide dock icon unread count badge#644

Hi,

Is there some way to hide the unread email count badge on the dock icon in macOS? I currently see a 5 there and would love to never see anything like this.

Traditionally, I’d go to the Settings>Notifications but oddly Newton is missing form that list, even after a reboot. (on Big Sur)

So I figured out what’s up. The Apple M1 download is version 71 and the Intel macOS download is version 70. That badge setting only exists in version 71.

Why the different versions out at the same time?
