Work Gmail says my quota has been exceeded--Newton to blame?#712

My employer Gmail account will receive emails but will not send or reply claiming that my quota of email has been exceeded perhaps that what I am sending is too spammy. Might the cloudmagic code that monitors read receipts be tripping some monitor at Google? It’s really annoying and I am not sure how to get local IT or global Google to explain why they have singled me out.
