Its been months and technical support has not responded nor helped. Tried, twitter and facebook also.
Agree. They respond to emails in a batch then go silent for months. This is not how a paid product’s customer support should work.

Yeah, I still havent heard anything from them. Ive all but given up on them. I did find out how to get icloud working again in the email. You have to set it up as an imap account and not go through the special icloud setup process they have. Just do it as an imap with the app specific password and you should be golden. And since I have gotten no support from them I have transitioned to a different email software. This was just a waste of $50.
