2 factor authentication#803

Hi, not sure if anyone is there anymore tried hello@newtonhq no reply. Is this product a going concern anymore? If so how do we get through the 2 factor authenication it does not send sms or phone call to my mobile which has always worked and hasn’t changed. Help please or will have to cancel and find alternative.

I have the same problem for over a week now. My iPad logged me out two months ago and since then two-factor authentication isn’t working. Week ago iPhone. I wrote to support but it seems someone in India just read it and I haven’t heard anything since.
