Need Help Canceling My Subscription#807

Does anyone know how to cancel my subscription?
I tried logging into the control panel online, but the portal does not work.
And i can’t seem to be able to find anywhere else to cancel the subscription

When I couldn’t login to the control panel I emailed them and I had the luck of them fixing whatever was broken so I could login. I don’t think there is another way of canceling, other than changing your credit card or blocking them on your card.
