No replies from payment issue#810

I canceled my subscription a few months back and they still charged my card for the annual plan. I emailed them to request for a refund about three times already - no response so far. I intend to dispute the chagre with my credit card if they refuse to answer.

Same for me. I’ve been waiting for over a month now. I’ve reached out to Justin Mitchell on Twitter and he’s been responsive, but so far it’s just “I’ll have someone look into it”

I followed up with them five times and no one ever got back to me. Thankfully I was able to dispute it through my credit card company and got the refund for it. In the dispute letter, I indicated all the attempts I made to resolve the issue with Newton and took screenshots of the email follow ups.
