Lost Addresses for Email Address Input#819

I am using Newton on an iMac, MacBook Pro, and iPhone. On both the iMac and MacBook Pro, it seems as if Newton has lost previous email addresses that would automatically load when trying to add email addresses to the contact, CC or BCC lines. I now have to manually input every single address by myself. This has become a huge problem. I have messaged NewtonHQ 4 times and no response.
