For days now, emails are not being retrieved from servers. I have multiple accounts on Gmail, O365, IMAP and none of them are being pulled into Newton. Obviously support is unavailable. Still love the layout of the app but it seems like nobody is managing the product and running support. Does anybody have the same issues?

THe app stopped working on both mine and my business partners phones and desk top apps. Nothing in or out since Friday, it’s now monday. Is newton broken??

Ha no, no hacking. Configuration issue on AWS. It’s a problem on their end that we are having to work around.

How on earth do you know it’s a fairly simple problem? The backend for Newton is nutso complex and we didn’t code it, someone else did 12 years ago.
For me, the problem comes from the capacity of the AWS buffer.
It would be nice to send an email to all users to explain the problems encountered
