My subscription was taken twice. I got no answer from hello@. Took a whole day to persuade my bank to do an international chargeback.

Am so behind Newton. Is by far the best mail prog especially with Google integration. Been a paid customer for over 8 years. Really hope the sort tech issues out.

I love the app too but it won’t renew my subscription. I’ve sent several emails to support with no response. Every time I try to renew it says I already have a subscription (which I did pay for). Anyone have a way to contact them to resolve this.
