Since the app is no longer stable and not working at all, I’d like to get a partial refound. I have subscribed on the 6th of May 2023.

I don’t see the reason why I should still pay for something that does not work.

They have charged me $100 in the past 5 days and I’ve been sending them emails for over a month saying I wanted to cancel my account. I don’t have the app, or use it, and they’ve started charging another card I had never ever used on the app. I am so angry. What can I do?
