Firstly, a have sent 3 emails about this over weeks. I’m trying to be patient but I’d like to be able to use the app again at some point.
This is on Android or iOS. It might pull some emails for one of my accounts for a day here and there but ultimately it’s not retrieving emails. Gmail accounts.
I have a similar issue as well. I haven’t received a single incoming email for days. I use Outlook with my email provider’s settings, and emails are coming through fine there. It would be great if I could receive the service I paid for, or I rightfully demand compensation!
I am in the same situation, I love this app, but now unbearable because nothing is syncing. I have been a paid user since the beginning.
