Photos still broken#859

So photos are still broken. They do not populate on IOS, Android, nor Windows apps. I was hoping this issue would be fixed when the app started working again, but no luck. Anyone else notice this issue? I mainly notice it on my Live (microsoft) emails, but it happens on my gmail sometimes as well.

EDIT: The windows app displays them sometimes if I let the email sit for a few minutes.

I can only send 1 picture at a time or the other picutres are left blank on the mac computer.
