This is criminal. The cancel subscription page doesn’t work and you don’t respond via email. Fix your platform and do the right thing, allow people to make the choice. You now owe me the subscription money you’ve taken without my permission because you didn’t reply and your website is broken.
Sort it out Newton/Cloud Magic. You’re failing to be ethical and follow basic principles.
The same here, I’m trying to cancel my subscrition during the last months and it´s not being to possible. No email answers, website with risk of malware….Is not ethical as you say.
Been charged $100 on multiple cards the past few days. Sent emails to cancel for months. I need help!!!!!! What can I do?
Wow - I emailed them daily with 1 line - “still waiting for a refund, this is criminal” for around 2 weeks and they eventually got back to me and refunded (hello@newtonhq.com).
