No replies to emails#879

Hello i have tried to canel my account many time no one replies to email.
I have not used Newton in months bc it stopped working and no emails were being fed - I email but no reply so email to cancel no reply
Now I was debited £40 of yearly subscription

The inly way to cancel the account is to email hello@newtonhq.com but no one seems to be behind.

Do i need to create an account on X to be able to reach the custimer services ??

I am asking for a refund.
