Can't finish my subscription#881

I’ve been writing an email for 2 years to say I don’t want to renew my subscription. I can’t connect to the account management interface because it doesn’t work.

And here I have just paid the subscription again. I haven’t used Newton for 3 years now.

I’d like an answer and a solution, otherwise I’ll have to start legal proceedings.
