I requested my account to be deleted and the subscription to be cancelled years ago. They are still charging my credit card even after deleting my account. Now I have no way to login or use their shitty software. They are a fucking bankrupt company who will keep charging you forever. I have reported them to the BBB as well as the Visa network so they can flag them as fraudulent going forward. They also were aware of others making similar reports.
