This only works if you can log in. They have taken money from my account, and I have no way to log in, and they won’t reply to emails. Totally stuck!

I’ve been trying to cancel as well. When I enter my credentials, Newton’s verification code doesn’t come through, nor does there verification call. I just want them to stop taking my money for a product I can’t even use!
