HELP - one of my inboxes (gmail) was not showing mail and is now not linking#897

I thought it was select emails at first, but after disconnecting the account, then readding and logging back in, I find that the account won’t even show up. Now I’m getting a message “Your account is already added to Newton”

Seeing some of the posts I’m gathering that. When was this announced? Didn’t get notified anywhere. Has anyone succeeded in getting payments back? I was billed for the coming year just a few months ago.
